
1. What is the Comment Widget?
With our website maker you can easily ad and customize forms that can be used to gather information and send you an email. This type of form is often used for feedback or for customer orders.
To add a form in the Toolbar click 'Insert" -->. This will add a default feedback form to your page. Alternatively, if you open the File Manager you can use the Forms folder to select from a set of pre-made forms.
Once your form has been added to your page, you can double click it to start customising it. You can click on any of the form fields to edit them. When a field is selected it is highlighted in yellow. Simply select the text and type something new to change or edit it. If you want to change the properties of the selected field, then use the Editor and select the Field tab. There you can change the width of the field, and the number of input lines. You can also move its position on the form up and down to reorder your fields.
To add a new field, click the Field tab, and then Ad a New Field. If a field is already selected, click Back on the Field tab to get back to this option. Once a new field is added it is edited in the normal way.
Finally, the Style tab allows you to customize the look and feel of your form, and change all the colour settings. Click Apply once you have made your changes for the form to be updated.
You can add as many fields as you like to a form, and make it unique to your needs.
Note: The data will be sent by unencryped email so don't use the form to collect sensitive or private details etc that could be stolen.

2. How do I use the Poll Widget?
First add the Poll Tool to your page, by clicking Insert --> and in the Functional folder of the Library choose the Poll Tool.
Now close the File Manager and select the Poll Tool with a double click. You can edit the question for your Poll by clicking the pencil icon in the question box. Now type in your question and click the green Tick when complete.
Next you need to set up the answers to your poll. Click the Setup tab in the Editor, and select the number of answers you wish to choose. Each of these can then be individually edited on the poll in the same way as the question using the Pencil to edit and Green tick to confirm.
When you have finsihed edition your questions and answers, click Finish on the setup panel in the Editor.
Note: Once you have completed the setup you cannot bo back and change it. without having to add a new poll and start again.

3. How do I use the Chat Tool?
First add the Chat Tool to your page. Click --> Insert--File and in the Functional Folder of the Library choose the Chat Tool.
Note: For security reasons only registered users can chat in the chat rooms. Make sure you include a join button on your site if you want to use the Chat Tool.

Sometimes referred to as a message board or bulletin board, a forum is a meeting place where people write about subjects and reply to posted comments.

6. What is Mail To A Friend Widget?
Like other widgets once uploaded to your site it provides the visitor with a mini form. On this form they can enter a friend's email address and a comment and then send it to them. This is commonly used to tell a friend of information or a service that they have located on your website.
